In today’s business environment, companies must have some level of complexity in their supply chain.  The key differentiator between companies that are advancing their supply chain and those that are just getting by is the way they plan and manage their complexity.  This session will be a facilitated discussion on the areas of supply chain where complexity can be reduced, areas where complexity should be planned, and the grey areas in between.  Come prepared to share your supply chain experience in this interactive discussion.
